A lot of looks, but no offers. I thought $100 off a $600 gun was a pretty good deal. There is nothing wrong with the gun; it is the same as when I bought it last fall. The problem is with me. Despite an operation, old age and a bum leg are preventing me from upland hunting. I just cannot make the walks. Ive always preferred the 16 gauge whether side-by-side, over/under, pump or auto. It is just too expensive to shoot for skeet. If you like the gun, make an offer.
I looked at Browning's site and don't see any "BPS 98" even in discontinued...
Can you describe the gun more fully? You didn't say if it had removable chokes, what year it was made, what barrel style if chokes (invector, invector plus), etc.
