today at the range I got an occasional fail to fire, primer shows a light firing pin strike on the bottom barrel. looks like the protruding bottom firing pin is shorter then the top. So how do I change out the firing pin(striker)? I have the butt stock off and don`t see any way to remove the strikers.

Also, do you have the NRA disassembly manual?

thanks, it came apart real easy once I knew how. it needed a good cleaning anyway. looks like the firing pin is peened around its base, I have a new one coming from Numrich

figured out the problem, the firing pin hole was slightly peened shut on the front of the receiver(shot shell side) it in turn galled the firing pin as it was forced thru the hole, opened up the hole with a small round file, now much better, waiting for the new firing pin from numrich to finish the fix.
