Got registered OK for the 16ga.com deal.OK, but I don't know how to post for any of the discussions. Kind of old and new to this type of thing. Also interested in 2 9/16 1 oz. loads for my old Dumoulin
sxs. Something lite, say 1150 - 1200 fps. I would be grateful for any advise.

Not a lot of data specifically for 2 9/16. Best course of action is to use 2 1/2 data. You can also use 2 3/4 data in some loads if they are roll crimped instead of folded crimped. |

B & P Z2M16 wad
1 oz lead shot

DC - those were about the same loads I started out with before I ever started in this group . Fed cases - shot many - Unique is grungy , but NEVER had a problem !! G26 wads instead of Z. |

If he wants 7/8oz , 16grs Green dot in a Straight wall hull , sg16 wad with win209 or ched 290 primer is soft shooting load.
If he wants low pressure , don't think I any 1oz loads , but there plenty , 3/4 & 7/8oz
The load DC posted with 19 grains is a good load , I have shot it in my Lever quit a bit . |
