For me (and many), this is THE time of year. Chasing birds behind a good dog(s) with the 16 is as much a part of life as is breathing. Anyone else have some nice mount work done with the bounty of fall?

I had a beautiful wood duck drake mount once, flying over some cattails. It eventually succumbed to decay though, and the feathers started falling out. I used to be a taxidermist in my teens, and it is a unique skill set to be sure.
Very nice hun mount btw. Understated. |
