Wyo,

Did a search on their site for fillet knives, everything that came up was fixed blade.

They do offer some folding options with "change out" blades, one of which they call a fillet/boning blade, although not sure it would fit the bill.

Thanks Rob, and WyoChukar that is the knife I tried to send you a link for. Not sure what happened.

Good Hunting,
Mike

Interesting knife but I was thinking more like the folding fisherman. I don't need it's saw blade, but it is similar to what I use on birds and fish.

The Texas toothpick would probably be the closest to a folding fillet knife.

On second thought, while I would prefer one with a gut hook, I'll take what I can get. Tnx. Gil

Here are a couple of Texas toothpick options, it comes in at least two sizes.

That Texas Toothpick would be pretty close. i like it. A purple handle option would go great with the 16ga. theme.

If nothing else I've learned a lot about Case knives on this thread. I'm a "go with the flow" guy and can't wait to see the final choice.

Dannypratt is trying to make a choice where the sites logo will fit on the bolster and if the bolster has too much curvature then it will not work. I think that limits our options to the ones he mentioned a few posts ago. However, pocketknives are like shotguns - I don’t know how many I have, but I know I need at least one more. So you can pick up a Texas toothpick and a 16ga Society knife.

Good Hunting,
Mike

Understood. That's part of why I was hoping they made a folding fillet knife, there would be plenty of room. Of course other reasons are that I use a fillet knife often and don't tend to loose them! I remember loosing the pocket knife I received for my H.S. graduation. I knew right where it was and climbed back to the mountain lake where I had set it on a boulder...gone! However, I still have the fillet knife my parents gave me when I was 14. I used it last night to fillet walleyes. Pocket knives seem to possess undesirable migratory urges! Whatever Danny decides will no doubt be fine.

One more thought. This dude makes some great stuff and makes folders as well. Sho nuff Montana made stuff. We’d be talking more coins for sure, but it might not hurt to call him and chew the fat a little?

Thanks for all the work. I am interested. I think the purple bone would be cool.
