Thread revitalization, shame to see so much positive energy whither away.
Hey Danny, any news? Need a hand with the project? Maybe ask for deposit's/money where mouths are? |

Hey I do not check this as often as I should , someone please holler at me when the time needs be for funds ,. Put me down for 6 instead of the two I mentioned before , this will probably be the last chance to get a 16 GA society knife and I might have to gift one or two .
GG I still have the bird knife you gifted me at the society hunt back in 08 .
Smiling
Thanks everyone for your friendship, it has been wonderful.
Regards , Nick |

I am also looking to get one of these knives.
I haven’t heard anything as far as where to send money or anything.
Any updates are appreciated. |

I sent him a PM to see if the project is still alive.

Dannypratt never opened the PM I sent him and he also didn’t open a PM I sent him about the project in May. His last post was four months ago and he was selling his guns because circumstances necessitated this.
So it doesn’t look like this project is going to be advanced by dannypratt. If someone wants to pick up the ball s_long would be a good place to start.
Good Hunting,
Mike |

What happened to Danny Pratt? Sounds like a movie. |

I have no idea and I am just relating what he had in his last post where he listed some guns for sale and he said in that post that circumstances necessitated the sale, or that’s close.
Great news Putz463 if you have the time. Right now my plate is pretty full.
Good Hunting,

OK, communicated w/s_long and have the nod to pick this ball up and run.
Just got off the phone w/Case (2 of the most helpful and polite cust service/relations associates I've talked with in quite awhile) and there is no reason this won't work, actually pretty darn easily once the details of model and embellishments are dialed in.
SO, I'm a baby step & KISS kinda person, gotta start somewhere, here goes.....
Should we start a new thread or continue with this one? I can see bene's of either... |
