I’m not where I can access the owners manual for my new sw16. Just unassembled it and a spring popped loose and I’m not 100% sure where it goes. It’s several coils of inside diameter that fit over the magazine tube. Where exactly does it go, please.

Thanks

How long is the spring in question?

Mike

Thanks for sending the manual. But I don’t see that spring anywhere in the schematic of parts.

Skeettx, thanks for posting pic.

The spring goes around the magazine tube on the front of the "wooden block" that is near the front of the wooden fore end of the gun. In an assembled gun, it is between the front end of that wooden block, and the rear end of the barrel "extension" that surrounds the magazine tube (which connects the barrel to the magazine tube).

If you need a picture, let me know. It will take a little bit of time, while I go through my picture host to post it.

Mke

Problem solved. It’s #47 in that diagram. Now I know where it goes.
You guys are awesome.
THANK YOU!
