I am offering for sale this 16 ga. Model 90ST (single trigger) with 26” barrels. that I bought used about 10 years ago. It has been shot very little, having tight lockup with the top lever to the right of center.
P-serial number (made in 1957). Relatively rare. According to Brophy in his book on Marlin Firearms published by Stackpole Books in 1989, only 1,039 16 ga. Model 90ST’s were made with 26” barrels.
90% condition, with a Pachmayr White Line recoil pad. 14” LOP and weighs 6.8 lb. on my digital kitchen scale.
Asking $650 plus shipping. Please email bmarten6@cox.net or text 757-532-0309 if you have questions.

Very nice looking gun Barry. Is that about the last year for them? Does it follow the usual edict of 26s having IC/Mod? |

According to Brophy, Marlin stopped production of the 90DT in 1957 and the 90ST in 1959 but continued to sell the ST from inventory until 1963.
26” barrels are typically choked IC/Mod although I have seen some variations. After reading your post, I measured these barrels at .010” and .022” with a Skeets Bore gauge. I think that is closer to Lt.Mod/Imp.Mod. |

As a longtime admirer of these guns, and I’ve owned many in my lifetime, this is a great one to buy. This is about as clean a gun as you will find. The frame finish is unusually nice. Don’t miss this one! |
