I have for sale a Bro. sweet 16 made in Belgium, ser. number makes it a 1957 gun, 28 " plain barrel with matting on top, was full choke but a gunsmith opened it to modified. Wood is good no cracks and has origanal Bro. butt plate. Blue is about 85% wood may have had oil added without sanding, checkering is sharp. This a good hunting gun at a fair price. $700 firm plus shipping[about $25]. email for questions Del |

As a big fan of A5's...... I'll add MO that Del's gun is right in the sweet spot for workmanship and features.
You get the round knob stock, horn buttplate, speed load and cross block safety AND the rust blue and oil modified varnish wood finish.
It beats the pants off the square knob guns from the 60's.

Jeff is right but I don't think this gun has the speed load, I only tried it once and I think it did not feed from the mag with the bolt open in a unloaded conidtion. I could be wrong I only shot the gun at the sporting clay layout and have never hunted with it, I have owned this gun for about a year. I am getting to old and need a light gun [ benelli 20ga,] thanks Del |
