My Eley Grand Prix 15/16 oz at 1225 arrived and the case/box stated 'shot 2.8 mm' SO with some difficulty, I figured that was UK 4 or US 6.
Here's a chart (which unfortunately got compressed pasting over from Word.)
US, UK, and Italian 8s end up the same. Italian (B&P) 5s are sorta US 5 1/2s.
