JPearcy, could you list the powders that you have available to utilize.

That could narrow things down to useful recommendations, thanks.

Jason you have mail.

If you are looking for Cheddite primers BPI has them in stock. With code HAZ21X it reduces hazmat fee to $20. Of course makes sense to get at least a sleeve to spread the shipping and hazmat costs. They limit you to 4 sleeves (20K primers)

https://www.ballisticproducts.com/Cheddite-209-Primers-cs_5000-Limit-4-cases-20000-primers-per-order/productinfo/CH2095/

If you were closer I'd trade you a sleeve of Cheddite for W209 or F209A I have lots of Cheddites but down to a sleeve of each of the Winchester and Federals.

I load mainly Cheddite hulls and am getting ready to go down and knock out some tonight. Not sure what you have for wads but I've settled on the SG16 for 1 oz. Cheddite hulls it works well for me. And there is a lot of data out there for it. Both Precision and BPI have them in stock with different names. Same wad though.

https://www.ballisticproducts.com/SG16-Sporting-16ga-wads-250_bag/productinfo/072SG16/

When looking at published data it often has many names LOL. They are all the same wad, depends on who is selling it or labeling it when testing:
SG16 = BP16 = BPI SG 16 = Gualandi BRG16/21 = PR TUWG2116 = BPG/BP = BP/SPTG16 = Activ G-28 = Gualandi TU2116 Super G Mini Wad

I load the 20.0 Universal load but more often with the SG16 wad that the Z16. Patterns very uniform and tight.

You can have 3 sleeves shipped to you within the weight class---if you have the bucks or can split it with other shooters.

Check and see how tight your primers are in the hulls. I find Federal 209's to be too loose in the Cheddite hulls.
