Fellow 16ga'ers, since this one doesn't have double triggers I'm going to pass, best of luck to whomever picks this up....HO-LEE-COW!!! Rolling Eyes

Stunning gun. If I didn't already own two, I'd be all over it.

"This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own one of the worlds finest guns."

Buying used guns, for that price I'd buy a pair of Purdeys (or Boss), a maintenance subscription with my local ex-pat British gunsmith and a lifetime supply of shells.

Indeed a problem with the number of triggers.
Otherwise I'd be all over this like a rash.

I love that single trigger! Going through the pictures checked off most boxes even has a long tang. Then in the final picture realized that it was an Over Under just like the title of this thread said.

Think I threw up just a little bit in my mouth at that point. And I own two 16 ga. O\U's. But I own more SXS guns which everything else on that gun says it should be.

Very remarkable to see Chester’s portrait engraved on the side plate. It still might not be enough to gain approval from HQ for a bid.
