I have called three or four times over the last month+ without luck. Putz, the plastic rivets are a great idea; thanks. |

Hoping PolyWad is not another covid victim. Commiserating, I'm just now getting some plastic components for some of the products we make from an ~4yr absence.
Although probably more cost/unit than rivets, wide mouth golf tees look alot like PW inserts as well. Extrapolating from the GoSports image puts the T at ~.5"d and stem ~0.1", a quick length snip with wire cutters might be another work around option. Link below to one of several wide mouth golf tee's available in the marketplace.

While a great idea, I don't think it'll work for the 16 ga.
Unless you can find some smaller ones, the Poly Wad insert measures 5/8"or .625 and the standard ball marker is 3/4" or .75
I got a ball mark from my golf bag and tried to put it in a brand new never been crimped hull and it was too big.
Might even be too big for a 12 ga.? |

Great ideas. I have an array of plastic objects coming, some of which will need to have the metal center post cut and some not. Will report. Thank you. |

Anyone have a 3D printer? If you only need a couple of boxes of spreaders a year, it might be an option. Couldn’t be too difficult to scan one or whip up a quick design and print a few dozen.
Not sure the material would preform the same under the pressure and forces of the application, but would be worth a try if you already have the printer. |

That’s another great idea. My county library has a 3-D printer that is free to use. Does anyone have a 16 ga Spred-R I could scan? I’ll put the scan file up here. |

In the interest of preserving juridicial serenity here, why not design and print your own rather than treading in the perilous boundaries of copyright law?

I would make one with holes similar to the 12s, they never made a 16 with the holes. I bought a 500 count bag of both from precision reloading after polywad was sold. Figured it would happen. I have several tightttt German 16s. Pm me jock address and I will gift you 25. |

Also Golf green ball markers look very similar if they are small enough? |
