I saw that also.
There were only a few collectors that I knew of that were serious enough to want it at that price.
We will see if it sells.
It's one of those guns that probably deserves to be in a firearms museum, otherwise if someone does buy it, it is going into a safe for another bunch of years. |

| Considering the rarity, if you’re a serious model 37 collector (not an “era” only guy) but a real model 37 collector I’d say it’s a steal being in that condition. My Ultra 16 is rare but not this rare. They only made 275 Ultra’s, and I’ve seen 4 of them. I’ve never seen one of these. |
