please post up your favorite recipe for pheasants - grilling, bbq, whole bird, parts, whatever - it's all about the eating.
My Dad likes to do a frickazee - roast the bird, veg & potato (yes potato is separate from the other veg), season to taste - salt, pepper, lemon or orange - he keeps it simple |

Figured you'd a done eatin all the pheasant you had. I got some breasted ones in the freezer if your dad need some more.
Pheasant stoginoff,
sauted breast with stir fryed veggies over angle hair pasta.
my favorite is the stroganoff with marsala wine added in and xtra fresh ground pepper and lots of sliced baby bellas and onions.
Give a call and I'll make a batch up. Bring the g-friend dajour. |
