Gentlemen:

I purchased a Skeet's SHOTGUN BORE GAUGE from Brownell's back in March that I opened up and never have used. At the National Classic Shotgun Festival last month I bought a digital BoreMaster and I love it Very Happy Very Happy .

This means I don't have use for the dial bore gauge from Brownell's.

Details off the web site below - the gauge in pristine condition can be yours for $80.00 (money order) by pm'ing me with interest (and sending the money order with return mailing address Wink ).

Mfr: SKEET'S

Accurately Measures Internal Shotgun Bore Diameter

Don't guess or estimate the internal bore diameter when you can know the exact measurement down to one-thousandth of an inch. Inexpensive, accurate, precision micrometer makes accurate measurements of bore, choke constriction, or forcing cone length. Plus, it will easily show bent or damaged barrels on used guns. Very easy to use: zero the micrometer with the gauge-setting ring, then insert the gauge end into the barrel. The micrometer will read the exact inside diameter in thousandths of an inch.

SPECS: Brass tool head, hardened steel measuring bearings, aluminum micrometer housing, phenolic resin external shaft cover. 16" (40cm) overall length. 13-½" (34cm) maximum measuring depth. Includes 1 gauge setting ring and complete instructions.

Here are the conversions for the micrometer markings:
70 = .700
60 = .690
50 = .680
40 = .670
30 = .660 (standard 16 .663-.665)
20 = .650
10 = .640
0 = .630
90 = .620
The tool is easy to use, just be sure the bore is clean and re-zero with the provided .700 ring every time you take a measurement.
Bore micrometers can also be used to measure the chamber length (I marked out 2 1/2", 2 9/16"), and 2 3/4" on the shaft)

Great tool. I take them to gun shows in my truck. They always provide the answer to my question when the sellers answer is, " well I'm not sure" or "I don't know"............ Laughing
