About a year ago I mailordered a 16 ga. hitch cover and now I cannot find the source. Seems like it was from Oregon, something like a welding shop (or something...).

The cover is well made of solid brass that is welded to the receiver insert.

Not much to go on, but it's all I can recall. Anybody have any ideas??

Here's the manufacturer's web page, which I believe is just what you are looking for:

Nice but I'm not sure why you'd want to call attention to your cart as just the right one to break into and steal guns...

It was my impression when I was dealing with him a year ago, he would do about anything you wanted. We discussed my "Federal 16 Gauge" via email prior to construction.

I was very pleased with the results. So far nobody has stolen my guns or hitch cover. 'Course I put a locking pin in the cover and I don't keep guns in the pickup.

so here's what I heard back. Maybe a blatent plug for the site?
www. across the the top, 16ga in the middle, and society on the bottom?
Just throwing it out.
suppose we should start another thread with a poll to see who's intrested

We had a thread on www.16ga.com. Someone mentioned looking for hitch covers and yours were brought up. They did a google search, got your site, and left the contact to me. let me post up and see what design everyone wants.

BTW it would be the shotshell with 16ga on it and not sure of the rest.

Tim,

What kind of design did you have in mind? I could give a little discount for the quantity order but would need to know more about the hitches you are interested in.

Also where did you here about my hitch covers?
Thanks,

16ga.com is interested in a run of between 12 and 24 pieces. what would the cost be and the lead time?
Thanks
Tim

hun,

Good to hear from you. It is going quite well. I like my new part time job hauling fuel (without getting shot at) and fishing has been pretty good despite the drought and our lake going down about three feet. Our early goose hunt is this weekend and Patrick is pretty psyched since we have not hunted gesse together since I went to Iraq. Being back here makes me realize what a great palce America is. Several of my freinds have gone back to Iraq. They are always so short on drivers. They have asked me three times but I think 40 months was my share. Mary is a super easy going wife but I do think that idea would light her fire so I am staying home.

Thanks for working in the hitch covers. They would be way classy!!

Gary

Garry don't forget the invite. New lodging setup. My Dad bought a mid 30' winnageago brave, so we have someplace economical to stay. Beau the slab is getting at remedial training school(for the short bus k-9's Wink ) so we might even be able to rustle up some birdies for you.
