Bird season (less pheasant) opened this weekend in Idaho. Took the dogs out today and ran into a nice covey of quail and got several. Carried the new Uggie 16 ga and what a joy to carry and shoot. Stomped all over and it never got heavy. The dogs even grubbed a rooster pheasant out of some brush and presented me an easy opportunity for a shot. I will be back for him later.
Best $2 grand I ever spent.......it even beats my Ruger Gold label hands down. |

Wow, I didn't realize Idaho's season started so early. I still have a couple weeks to wait.
Glad to hear your new Uggie is doing its job well for you. I hope mine does the same.
Great Frank Lloyd Wright quote also, by the way. |

I have no doubt that it will. Thinking about selling the Ruger Gold Label and buying a grade 5 16ga Ugartechea.
It fits like it belongs and was made just for me! |
