On a related note, anyone ever use Frost River?
I just bought this shell bag.
For the $$$, it is well constructed of waxed canvas, and heavy bridle leather strapping. All bucles and fasteners are heavy cast brass. I used it on a recent pheasant/grouse hunt instead of a game vest, and it worked well. I purchased the large size. It would hold 6-8 boxes of 12 gauge shells, for a reference to a size. |
