Last sunday my wife and I took a short road trip to the Mpls. area to do some odds and ends. When we were done with these ends and odds I convinced her to swing into a small gun/tackle shop in Blaine. And sitting there looking orphaned were 2 lightning feather 16's one with 28" and one with 26" barrels. Now after I molested these two guns for about a half an hour or so she piped in and asked How much? and I told her I had $900 saved. Well she thought I said the price was $900 and she gave me the blessing. Now when the guy said the balance was $799 I thought she was going to have a hemerage right there on the spot. We stepped aside to discuss the matter and I knew I needed to deal myself a royal flush somehow. Well somehow I convinced her I really needed this gun and it ended up in the truck that afternoon. I'm heading to SD this weekend to break her in! Thanks, Luv ya honey!  |

I hope you are thinking of something REALLY nice for her Christmas present! I think you should reward her good behaviour so that she will want to do it again.
Before we were married my (now) wife bought me a caribou hunting trip. Helped convince me to marry her. Haven't regretted it.
By the way, did you get the 28" or the 26"? |
