Went to my friend's farm today and after some fishing we broke out the ol' 16 gauges and had some fun! (Well, mine is old, his is the new Kimber side by side.)

I couldn't shoot his side by side at all! But that was the first time I tried one. It kicked a bit too, very light. Stunningly beautiful though.

I took the plug out of my Model 12 and it holds six+1. I loaded it up and he threw seven clays in a row back to back to back and I got 'em all! That was my highlight of the day, pretty fun day. And it was like 70 degrees, quite a day for February in Virginia!

Wow, thanks for the M12 love! Very Happy

It was really fun. If I had property and a thrower like that, I would go through clay and ammo like crazy! We went through a box of clays very easily just the two of us. I do most of my shooting at ranges, it was great to just be out in the country playing with guns!
