If you're anywhere around north-central or NW NJ, this shoot is worth participating in.
It's a charity shoot for the Green Village FD and they hold 2 of these a year - one in spring and one in the fall. I've shot in this for 3 years and I look forward to it every year.

The event isn't at a club. The FD has a piece of property that they are allowed to shoot on. The course will be set up with machines on the property as a temporary course. They bring in a pro to set it up.
They set up seven or eight stations, you shoot 50 targets, come in for a nice BBQ lunch and while you break, they rearrange the presentations. After lunch, you go back out and shoot 50 different targets from the same stations. They really do a nice job on this event. |
