Only one month and counting down to the "Ansley H. Fox Championship" at the Vintage Cup. If you haven't signed up yet, I'd encourage you to do it now. Also set up your hotel if you will be there more than 1 day.
If you are not a member of the Vintagers, but are preregistered, you will get a free admission for the first and any subsequent days. Worth $20.00 per day! Also, be sure to consider the other excellent venues offered by the Vintagers.
If not preregistered, you can sign up while at the event but you'll have to pay $20.00 admission to get to the sign-up desk.
The AHF Championship will be shot on a 50 bird sporting clays course with regular scorekeepers, and of course 16 gauge Foxes will be highly competitive against any/all other gauges.
Here is the simplified procedure for those who want to preregister:
1. Visit the Vintagers website at http://www.vintagers.org/
2. See the "2008 Registration Form" in the left hand column. Download the form.
3. Sign up for the "American Classic" venue. Cost is $50.00
4. Be sure to register for our "Ansley H. Fox Championship" at the Fox desk AFTER getting your shooting score card from the Vintager's staff (but before you start shooting the Amer. Classic venue). You may shoot on Friday 9/26 or Saturday 9/27, but not on Thursday 9/25.
Full information on the Ansley H. Fox Championship is shown on the following link:

Skeettx, thanks for answering Hal's question. I was out at the cabin for a few days and just saw it. Frank |
