This Baker was still available at the Lacey Cabela's during the Christmas weekend. Someone needs to snatch it up. They are asking $895. It is in beautiful minty condition, has good dimensions and would make a fantastic bird gun. And no, I'm not getting a commission on this. I just hate to see a really good classic bird gun not being used.

skeettx, How old is your Baker? Birds and dogs are very well done, not cartoonish like a lot of old guns.

It has been on their used gun rack for quite some time and is not listed on their website. I don't know why it's still there. I would snatch it up if I had the extra $$. Don't know about the chokes, but I think maybe m/f. I don't remember them being open chokes. Lots to work with there.

I have Batavia Special 30 inch FF short chambers and steel barrels. It's not much to look at but it's still tight and shootable and only cost me $100.00. I haven't been able to determine it's age. 16 ga of course.
