Well I bought it and am quite please with the weapon. However, I ordered a rebuild kit from Mid West Guns Works (mailny recoil and magazine springs friction piece etc. ) and found they have included a friction piece spring. This is a circular piece made of flat spring steel about 5/16 wide and larger around than the magazine tube and smaller than the friction piece.
Problem is I have no idea where it goes as there is no similar piece on the gun.
Does any one know its purpose and and where it goes?? Over the Bronze friction piece maybe??
Thanks

Yes - The friction piece spring goes around the brass/bronze friction piece.
