There are reports of what appear to be drops of some sort of moisture falling from the sky. This appears to be happening all over south-central Kansas and has been continuing for 3 to 4 hours. No confimation as to whether or not this occurrance has been identified or fully explained. Film at 11:00!!

same thing happening in in NE Ark. about time, we need it. been dodging tornadoes all morning too. We don't need them, but they often bring rain. One tore up a mess about 60 miles SE of here about 8 a.m. More to come. It was about 71 deg F last nite at 9 pm. that's a tornadoe recipe for sure. supposed to rain thru Mon. we might get back up to even.

Well ship some to Lubbock Texas please, it's been way to long since we have had any. Some parts of town got some last night, but the only thing I have had in my rain gauge for the 100+ days is dust!!! Sad

WE had an 18" rain here in Plains, Texas earlier this week ...

the drops were 18" apart

(old joke from the 1950's Texas drought days)

new location, same dry weather, but no "pear" here to burn for the cows to eat...

the roadrunners down in South Texas are now carrying canteens.. that may be a sign of things to come.....

Don't give up Rayb and Portsider-it IS hitting Phoenix tonight and heading your way and it looks like it'll dump on KS also. Hallelujah!

Been raining HARD all night with a major snow event to the N. and headed toward KS! Unfortunately, the SASS is having the big 'Winter Range' shoot out at Ben Avery this weekend-expecting 700 competitors-oh well, REAL cowboys shot in the rain. Rolling Eyes

I wish I could ship some of our excess here in the NW down your direction. It's been a wet and dreary winter.

I was looking forward to spending the week in Sacramento last week for some meetings and some sunshine. I didn't expect the weather to be about the same there as it's been here in North ID. A little warmer, but not much!
