Hello
I just bought (stole) a 16 gauge L.C.Smith for $250.00 out of a gun store the man was moving and couldn't take them with him, but the problem is it is 2 1/2 inch. chambers I known I can buy shells for ti but I do a lot of reloading, so I would like to reload some shells for it I have a tool to cut the shells down all I need to know is the components to use. Do I need to buy special wads? I use all BP loading products can some you please help me work up a load? thank you for you Time

The Ballistic Products 16 Gage Manual lists loads for 2 1/2 inch Fiocchi hulls. You could order Fiocchi hulls from them and cut them down. You can order the manual from BP or Midwayusa. |

Order 2.5in hulls from Graf & Sons, skive and start loading. You will also need an adaptor to convert your reloader. If you are going to buy new hulls, just buy the 2.5in hulls to begin with and forget the cutting. |
