I have for sale an almost new ( 200 rounds fired at trap range )
Charles Daly, Field II Hunter 16 ga. O/U.
Purchased NEW this year. Slightly modified. Rated NRA Perfect.
Last Charles Daly 16 ga. manufactured in Italy. (now made by the Turks. no 16 ga. available yet)
26 inch barrels, Extractors.
Dark Walnut , Glossy, Stock and forearm.
6.5 Lbs. (built on 20 ga frame )
L.O.P. is 14 inches. Thin rubber pad.
SINGLE SELECTIVE triger.
Deep Case Hardened colors on receiver
MODIFICATIONS: Had Briley PORT both barrels and install flush, thin wall
choke tubes. Five ( 2-F, 1- Mod, 2-IC)
Added mid-vent rib bead.
Original box, papers, (warranty not yet registered )
I bought the Last TWO of these in the U.S.A. according to the C. Daly
folks. The other one is identical but much more modified. (Barrels
shortened to 23" and LOP to 13.5" to fit my short armed frame)
I have now fired 1,000 rounds through my KEEPER at trap and sporting
clays without so much as a hesitation. I shoot ATA with it and will chase pheasants this fall with it.
The second one (FOR SALE) was meant as a gift but the intended
receipent, as it turned out has no taste for 16's or O/U's. ( Iam thinking
of having a DNA test done !)
I paid $ 850.00 each delivered. Gave Briley $410.00 each for the porting and choke tubes.
ASKING $ 950.00 shipped to your FFL.
Three day inspection and full refund if your not 100% satisfied.
