Trying to share back some knowledge.
I found this website this spring:

I found it an awesome collection of wonderful wild game recipes.
I have never had any luck with Turkey legs until I made his Wild Turkey carnitas. They are well worth the trouble. The entire family loved them.
Also tried the Wild Turkey Marsala. So good I was motivated to buy another turkey tags! And another bottle of Marsala!

Thanks for sharing this. I've been looking for some pheasant recipes and there were four that look very interesting. Especially intrigued with the pheasant piccata recipe. |

Thanks for the link. It looks like they have a nice selection for upland game. I didn’t look at the other options.
