ATTENTION ACTIV LOVERS!! I recently acquired a batch of New Old Stock (NOS) 16GA ACTIV Red Hornets #4 Shot Lead Duck and Pheasant loads. 2 3/4 inch, 3 1/4 Dram Equivalent, 1 OZ shot. The fact that "Duck" is there on lead shot is testament to how old they are, but the shells are in perfect condition. Boxes, a little rough for the age, shipping really had their toll on them - but all original.
Any interest? As much as this goes against my nature to admit, I have more than I need! Man that hurt to say that!
Let me know. And thanks in advance.

Are these all plastic, with no visible brass? |

I wish I could come up with a use for 1 oz. of 4's. I do like Activ loads and hulls. |

How many boxes, and what cost per box?
Sounds like good cold weather pheasant medicine

How much per box? I might try them for turkeys. |

Price is $15 a box, and I have 14 boxes. Question answered, these are good for pheasants, turkeys, crows, squirrels, rabbits, the occasional coyote, and even home defense. Price is +/- most other current MFG prices, but much lower than the collectable ACTIV boxes and shells. As new you can reload at least 2-3 times (some of my actives are up to 5 reloads).
You have to pick up shipping costs, and unfortunately that's not cheap. Of course if you get to Tucson AZ let me know, we can meet up and save all that cost.
Let me know. Paul |

I find this interesting as my Activ load specifications say the 16 gauge Red Hornet Duck and Pheasant , Activ load # H16G were 1 1/8 oz not 1 oz. Post up a picture of the box if you don't mind. |

Paul I just want to thank you. The shells arrived yesterday. They are in great shape and just what I wanted. I'll only be using them for turkeys so the two boxes should last me awhile since I don't get to turkey hunt as much as I would like. You packed them so well I thought I was going to have to get one of the grandkids to open them. Thanks again. Mitch |

Thanks Mitch, I am really happy they are what you were looking for. And I really appreciate you taking the time to let me know they got there in good shape, sometimes the UPS guys and gals get a little rambunctious with the packages.
Good hunting with the Turkeys.
